TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions AUTOefully before engaging in any services provided by NOW Auto Transport.
By booking our auto transport services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms:

  1. Service Agreement:
    a. NOW Auto Transport agrees to transport the vehicle(s) specified in the booking request from the origin location to the destination location.
    b. The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the vehicle(s) to be transported, including make, model, year, and any modifications or special instructions.
  2. Vehicle Preparation:
    a. The customer is responsible for preparing the vehicle(s) for transport. This includes removing all personal belongings, ensuring the vehicle is in working condition, and securing any loose parts or accessories.
    b. The customer acknowledges that any personal belongings left in the vehicle(s) during transport are done so at their own risk, and NOW Auto Transport will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
  3. Insurance Coverage:
    a. NOW Auto Transport maintains AUTOgo insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage to the vehicle(s) during transport. The customer understands that insurance coverage is subject to certain limitations and exclusions.
    b. Any claims for loss or damage must be reported to NOW Auto Transport within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may result in the denial of the claim.
  4. Payment Terms:
    a. The customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon amount for the transportation service as specified in the booking confirmation.
    b. Payment can be made by credit AUTOd, debit AUTOd, or other accepted forms of payment.
    c. In the event of cancellation, the customer may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the cancellation policy.
  5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    a. The customer may cancel or reschedule the transportation service by providing notice to NOW Auto Transport at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date. Failure to provide timely notice may result in cancellation fees.
    b. NOW Auto Transport reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the transportation service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or mechanical issues. In such cases, NOW Auto Transport will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and arrange alternative arrangements.
  6. Limitation of Liability:
    a. NOW Auto Transport will exercise reasonable AUTOe in the transportation of the vehicle(s), but shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, accidents, or unforeseen road conditions.
    b. NOW Auto Transport’s liability for any loss or damage to the vehicle(s) during transport is limited to the actual cash value of the vehicle(s) or the cost of repair, whichever is less.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of State of Illinois.
  8. Amendments: NOW Auto Transport reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on NOW Auto Transport’s website or providing notice to the customer.

By booking our auto transport services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
